Even though it might not look like it, there were a ton of people here today-- right here on my little page. It's definitely because of the mention on Dawn's blog (who I always refer to as 'the funny blog lady' when I tell my husband of something she wrote), and although there were no comments from any new people, I just saw on my stats program that people came here from 8 countries today. It's absolutely amazing to me to know that someone in Japan- a place clear across the planet- read my humble little words. People came from the US, Philippines, Australia, India, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Canada and Japan. I do not espouse to be nearly as funny or creative as 'funny blog lady' Dawn, but I do hope some of you find your way back here again. I don't get to travel- being a one-income family with three little ones tends to hamper that ability- so I revel in any possible way to make connections with people and places all around the world.
