this is just a test

If this were a true emergency, you would have seen some real text above that would have totally freaked you out, but instead, this is simply a test of the new commenting system. 

If it's working, the hope is that I can reply directly to folks, the comments can be threaded, people will sign in with other accounts thereby connecting them with their blogs or sites more easily, and that my blog will be just that much cooler.
